Alumna Rena Bizios, who earned her BS degree from the Chemical Engineering Department in 1968, has been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences (AAA&S). Bizios was previously elected to the National Academy of Engineering in 2022, the National Academy of Inventors in 2019, and the National Academy of Medicine in 2015.
